Logan holds numerous professional awards including Sales Person of the month numerous times from Business First, in which she was ranked within the top 25 on a national level. In 2001 she was named sales person of the year by the Columbus Dispatch and was very quickly promoted into a supervisor position overseeing the real estate advertising in the classified section and the Home & Garden section. She also worked avidly with the Columbus Board of REALTORS® (CBR) in coordinating the sales and marketing for the Real Estate Weekly. In addition she successfully led the sales team for the local BIA publications such as the magazine for the Parade of Homes, CondoQuest and the Showcase of Remodeled Homes. In 2005 and 2006 she was named Sales Manager of the Year by the BIA. She has also been nationally ranked within the top 10 by The New Home Guide for sales performance.

The Baldy, Esper, Jones Award is given annually to the top builder and the top associate membership recruiter. Joyce Logan was awarded the annual award for 2007 for her membership recruiting efforts.

Joyce Logan was recognized and granted the Sales Manager of the Year Award for 2006 at the annual MAME Awards. Joyce successfully managed her sales team as the Publisher of the New Home Guide, a national publication.
