I like lots of things about my work—the exhilarating pace, the diversity of experiences, the thrill of problem solving—just to name a few! But there’s one thing about my work that I love more than anything else, and that’s the satisfaction that comes from helping people. I know, I know, you’ve heard it all before….from used car salesmen to your brother’s uncle’s best friend who just so happens to be…HORROR of HORRORS…an INSURANCE SALESMAN.
So take a deep breath and get ready to experience the difference. I call it the Paintiff Difference.
Simply put, I don’t consider myself a salesman at all. Why? Because I’ve got no particular house that I want you to buy. When you visit a used car lot the salesman there wants you to stay on that lot to buy a car from him. But as a full time realtor who cooperates fully with all other real estate companies in the area, I can show you (and help you to purchase) ANY home listed in our area.
My goal, therefore, is not to “sell” you a house. My goal is to help you FIND a home. Not just any home, but the home that best fits your needs and budgets. My goal is to help you buy what you WANT to buy, and I have the patience, knowledge and experience to help you buy your next (or first) homes at terms and conditions that will be favorable to you.
So, whether it’s helping a first-time homebuyer or negotiating a deal for a seasoned investor, I love digging deep. I work hard to know and understand my client’s unique needs. This is not cheap talk, either. When I say that I love something, I really mean it. After all, I’m Italian! Just ask my grandmother
Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR® I worked in the marketing field, and I quickly became interested in owning investment properties of my own and decided to take a closer look at the real estate market. Then it happened… I got the itch. With my background in marketing and a strong desire to work with people, I realized that I had discovered my real calling—my true vocation.
I immediately set out to learn everything I could about this profession. As I spoke with area realtors and some of their clients, I quickly realized that many people viewed their relationship with their realtor as something they “had to endure.” Agents got them into the houses that they wanted to view, but beyond that, there often seemed to be little chemistry but And so began my career as not just a REALTOR®, but as a consultant and advisor to all my clients. For me my customers are not just one-time acquaintances, but clients for life! I will be there to assist them in all of their real estate needs. So, as Paul Harvey says, “Now you know the rest of the story.”
I believe my background, combined with my real estate experience gives me an edge to help me get the best deal for my clients. You will never hear me say I am #1 because if I don’t get the job done for YOU, the most important person in the real estate transaction, then it doesn’t matter what else I might have accomplished.
