This
neighborhood is situated just outside of the downtown Ft. Lauderdale/ Las Olas
area in the artsy historic neighborhood of Sailboat Bend. The majority of the
homes were built in the 1920’s and modernized through the years. It is walking distance from the clubs/bars of
the downtown/Las Olas/Himmarshee area and only minutes away from I95 making it
convenient to most of what Fort Lauderdale offers.
