The community of Lake Ridge was developed in the 1950’s and is composed of primarily two and three bedroom ranch homes. Due to its flexible zoning, there have been a number of developers that have built new luxury townhomes within the community. Lake Ridge is located in Fort Lauderdale just North of Sunrise Blvd and West of Federal Highway (US-1). The neighborhood is conveniently located to the Galleria Mall as well as fine dining, and only one mile to the beach.
