Application Process

Simply complete a lease application and leave a $100.00 "holding fee" to reserve the apartment home of your choice. We also require $50.00 per applicant to process the application. The "holding fee" is refundable within (3) three business days from teh date of submittal. The "holding fee" will then be applied towards the required security deposit once the application has been approved.

Required Security Deposits

• $350.00 for a Studio or One-Bedroom Apartment.
  
• $450.00 for a Two-Bedroom Apartment or Two-Bedroom Townhome.
