Gloria’s real estate experience began in Great Britain after her graduation from Westminster University in Urban Real Estate Management.
She worked as an Assistant Estate Surveyor with the African Continental Bank, London, for three years, gaining experience in property management, inspections, negotiations, sales and securing commercial leases for clients.
She moved to the Borough of Waltham Forest in 1996 as a full-fledged Estate Surveyor, specializing in the appraisal and property management of the Borough’s extensive housing stock.
Gloria relocated to the United States in 1999. She worked in different capacities in the residential mortgage market: first as a loan officer with Countrywide Mortgage in West Hills and then with Allied Mortgage Consultants in Glendale.
She earned her Real Estate license in May 2005 and joined Paramount Properties as a Realtor, Carnahan & Associates and just joined the great real estate company, Dilbeck Real Estate, Calabasas. With her background in real estate management and mortgage lending, Gloria will deliver unparalleled customer service, satisfaction and value to her clients.
