Yes, the funny thing about TIME, and the reality of TIME is that once you lose it, you won't get it back. Ever heard the saying, "Redeem the TIME?"Which by the way, don't forget, TIME is about to change soon. Daylight Savings TIME is Sunday, November 1, 2009, so TIME to "Fall Back" as they say. I’ve heard a lot about TIME lately from people. One person says TIME goes too slow and another person says TIME goes too fast. Traveled to the West Coast recently, and I had to adjust to the TIME change coming and going. Even today, I’m very aware of TIME. The hours just keep ticking away. So, I guess it’s TIME for me to "Redeem the TIME." As the Latin Phrase says, “Carpe’ Diem” – "Seize the day!" If you don’t you will find out that TIME once again, has passed you by. And, you can’t get that TIME back. TIME and TIMING is crucial if you are looking for and buying a house. There is the TIME it takes to hunt for a house and choose one, the TIME it takes to make an offer and the TIME it takes to wait for that offer to be accepted. And, if it is not, the TIME it takes to counter and a list goes on. Once your offer is accepted and you are in contract, there is a TIMELINE of things with regard to making sure details are taken care of, for instance, scheduling a TIME for your home inspection, taking TIME to do any Request for Remedies if warranted, and taking the TIME to submit them. Then there is the TIME it takes to negotiate things if needed until all is agreeable with both parties, the Seller and Buyer. Then there is the TIME it takes to show up at the closing table, and the TIME it takes to do everything else inbetween, even before you'd take possesssion of the home and move into it, or move out of the home if you are the Seller. And, the need for more TIME is where having a REALTOR ® help you comes in handy. They are qualified, trained and licensed professionals who will stay on top of things for you, coordinating things with your visiting homes to consider, writing up a contract when you find that home, doing the paperwork needed, scheduling a home inspector, working with title people, lenders and so on, and making sure everything is done ON TIME so that you can hopefully, close on TIME. Even making sure you get your keys ON TIME when it's time for you to take possession. If you are wanting to sell your home, they will take the TIME to properly market your home, make sure all of the details that go with it are taken care of, and work hard to help you meet your goals, freeing up lots of your TIME. Sure you could do it on your own – but do you really have the TIME? Your schedule is busy enough. So why not SAVE TIME and give a real estate professional a call and let them help you with the things that go with buying a house, or selling your home, so you can TAKE SOME TIME to relax and enjoy the process. Before you know it – IN TIME you will be in your new home (or will have sold your home) and enjoying your life, living your dream of home ownership or selling your home. WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, looking for that home you want, why not take some TIME to remember those that don’t have a home. Build the Perfect Home Office
As more and more companies are allowing their employees to work from home, the need for a sufficient home office space is becoming increasingly important to homeowners. The following tips will help you create the perfect home office.
Create a House Hunt Checklist
Are you on the house hunt? Touring dozens of homes can be an overwhelming process for anybody. If you find yourself asking whether it was the second or the ninth house with that great fireplace, then you may need a better way to organize your observations. One of the best ways to do this is by creating a checklist. Consider ranking elements like the home, neighborhood and schools on a scale as either "good", "average" or "poor".
Prepping Your Home for Sale
Preparing your home to be listed can be an overwhelming task for some. But with "94.6% of Associate Staged Professional (ASP) Staged Homes selling on average in 35 days or less", according to StagedHomes.com, taking the time to prepare your home for sale is an important task.
