 | Debbie is originally from Canton, Ohio and relocated to the Powell area in 2004 along with her husband Jim. They have LOVED living in the Columbus and surrounding area. Jim Thompson

 | Jim, along with his wife Debbie, relocated to the Powell area in 2004. Jim brings many years of experience to The Thompson Team. He has worked in the new build industry for many years. He has held his CSP designation (Certified Sales Professional/New Construction) for more than 10 years. You will be hard pressed to find another Realtor® that is as knowledgeable about "new builds" as Jim. He will be there with you through-out the entire new build process. Jim also has attained the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and is trained to help buyers with thorough analysis of properties and tough negotiations to help you with your new home. As a Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS), Jim can also help you with buying or selling a home if you are relocating into or out of the Columbus area. Jim has experience as a loan officer and is very helpful with your financing questions.
