Cory Lake Isles
Cory Lake Isles Community in New Tampa is located along the 10-mile shoreline of Tampa’s largest lake, Cory Lake, and adjoining 17,000 acres of protected woodlands. Its two entrances are on East Fletcher Avenue/Morris Bridge Road and Cross Creek Boulevard.
The community feels like a tropical paradise with its Canary Palm trees, tile roofs, St. Augustine grass, brick-paved streets, and spectacular landscaping. You forget that you are a short drive from the bustling city of Tampa in this tucked away community.
Each home boasts a view of Cory Lake, the forest, or conservation.
