Anticipation, Action, Reaction

My college baseball coach once told me, "Good athletes adjust." I believe that advice—both simple and profound—relates to more than just matters on the playing field. In every walk of life, an individual must be willing to adapt and adjust to ever-changing circumstances—whether it's a batting slump, a marital problem, or a business decision. As a real estate agent, my job is to help clients achieve their real estate goals, while anticipating the potential problems and issues that may arise in a transaction. By exercising good judgment, I work diligently to help my client's transaction go as smoothly as possible.

My adaptability empowers me to work or mingle with a vast array of people among many different backgrounds and social classes. This is important in real estate because of the diversity of people involved in buying and selling real estate.

Apples and Oranges, I have tried them all.

As a REALTOR, I bring along a unique set of skills and a diverse background. I have worked and lived in the "middle of nowhere" on a 113,000 acre ranch where I assisted in an ongoing wildlife study; I have lived in a busy metropolitan city. I have fought forest fires with an ash-covered face in the Rocky Mountains; I have been a member of a country club where collared shirts are a must.

Environmental Enthusiast

I grew up in the Athens area where I learned to love the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and camping. This passion inspired me to pursue a degree in wildlife biology from Colorado State University. I had a job on a ranch on the Texas-Mexico border where I studied the effects of supplemental feed on whitetail deer populations and the subsequent effects on natural vegetation. When I was a wildland firefighter, I often camped out for 2 weeks at a time while on fires. Though I enjoyed living in places such as Colorado, Idaho, and Texas, I knew that I'd eventually end up back here in beautiful Athens County.

One of my specializations includes hunting properties. Athens County boasts some of the best deer hunting in Ohio. I work with many hunters to help find that ideal piece of ground to grow trophy bucks.

Determined to Succeed

I will go above and beyond your expectations with my efforts to help you reach your real estate goals or needs. I believe that communication is muy (very) important. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a house, I will always be easy to reach to answer any questions. I promise to always return phone calls within 24 hours, if not the same day. I want to give extra effort for every real estate "play" in which I'm involved.
