Pogue has been involved in relocation services for more than 30 years, overseeingevery aspect of corporate employee relocation. Currently, she serves as the president of Real Living Relocation Management. She focuses on serving corporations and transferees’ global and domestic relocation needsregarding policy development, home sale, destination services and expense management.

One of the nation’s most respected relocation experts, Pogue is past chairperson of The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s (LeadingRE) Advisory Council, and is past president of the Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council. She has served as a speaker, panelist and moderator at many conferences. Additionally, she has served on the Employee Relocation Council’s spring planning committee and completed a two-year term as a director member of The Relocation Directors Council. Recently, Pogue received the coveted President’s Service Award for her outstanding contributions to LeadingRE. She was recognized as a Leading Woman of Greater Cincinnati in sales and marketing. Additionally, she was elected to the Board of Cincinnati Rotary for a three-year term and currently serves as the president of the Rotary Foundation.
