Caroline Shroyer is the vice president of professional development and recruiting for Real Living. She manages Real Living’s professional development program, maintaining the company’s online learning portal, Real U, and providing scalable training for agents, managers, brokers and employees, enhancing the organization’s performance and individual development.
Previously, she held the position of vice president of professional and organizational development where she was responsible for the overall direction and implementation of the company’s learning management system, network services and organizational development.
A real estate agent since 1995, Shroyer has served on many committees enhancing the industry such as the Presidential Advisory Group on Realtor Professionalism for the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the NAR Professional Development Committee and Ohio Association of Realtors® Education Committee.
Shroyer is the past president of the Hilliard Area Realty Association and was named the Building Industry Association’s Rookie Realtor of the Year in 1996. |
