"What is that you do in real estate?" I am often asked. "What is it that YOU want to do?" I generally reply. Hearing the answer tells me much. Do you want a great place in which to live with water and/or city views? Are you searching for a neighborhood with great parks for your children or for your pet? Is it an investment property that you wish to pass on to your children, or is it something that you are looking for to produce or generate continual retirement income? These are just a few of the questions I use to determine a client's needs. I strive to fulfill my clients' many goals, and because I am a full time agent, I am able to invest considerable time researching the market for prospective buyers and sellers. I provide clients with detailed sales history information on single family homes, condominiums and multi-unit buildings, delivering accurate estimates of market values to aid them in their investment decisions I take the time to listen for what a client wants and needs. I also saturate myself in the real estate market regularly, personally previewing and critiquing many properties each and every week in order to expand my knowledge of current end developing market conditions. I attend zoning meetings and lectures to help clients determine what value a property might intrinsically hold in comparison to its development potential. I have developed a strong knowledge of building techniques, which allows me to be of effective service to my clients. Understanding construction techniques helps me to better determine property value and aid clients in the assessment of ownership risk. When appropriate, I meet with architects to help address layout concerns for clients and make recommendations based on my understanding of functionality, aesthetics and marketability factors. I am an agent who takes his job seriously and with a long-term perspective on client relations. I have many transactions under my belt and millions in sales. I know that people are looking for an expert with both knowledge and the ability to give reliable advice. My university background in the sciences contributes to my strong analytical skills, and my history in the banking, marketing and in the medical sales fields has helped me to become a highly effective negotiator.
